Golf tee time booking procedure
Upon daily opening, all golfers may book one tee times per day up to six days in advance online or by calling 780-467-7373 or visiting us at the ProShop.
Please provide all golfers names at the time of booking to speed up the check-in process.
Strathcona County uses a third party hosted solution called Chronogolf to manage its golf course activities. When you create an account with Chronogolf and use a service offered by the Broadmoor Golf Course, Chronogolf will share your personal information with Strathcona County. Please check-in BEFORE your tee time
All golfers need to check-in at the ProShop to confirm payment for the Starter Marshal. Note: at times, tournaments take priority and may preempt advance reservations and club events. All tournaments for May and June have been cancelled.
Cancelling tee times
If you are unable to make your tee time for any reason, please cancel using Chronogolf or call the ProShop at 780-467-7373 to cancel your booking. When given enough notice, the ProShop is able to fill cancelled tee times which helps The Broadmoor sustain business operations.

What’s changed with how I book a tee time?
Broadmoor guests will initially need to set up an online account to book a tee time. Setting up an account is easy and needs to be done only once. All tee time reservations are managed through this system (Chronogolf). Select “Book a tee time” at the bottom of the screen to start.
How will I know what tee times are available?
Reservations are managed in real time, meaning that once a booking, modification to a reservation or cancellation is made, the tee sheet will be updated immediately. It is important to manage your own reservation in the event you need to modify or cancel your tee time. You will not be able to modify your reservation less than 24 hours before your scheduled tee time.
How do I become a member at The Broadmoor?
When you purchase a multi-play pack (10-60 rounds) or a season pass, you are considered a member. Choose “Member” when you book a tee time online.
When I log in to book a tee time, I can’t find The Broadmoor.
Use the search feature at the top of the screen. Press the magnifying glass and type in “Sherwood Park”. The Broadmoor will come up in the search.
My email address has changed. How do I make a change to my account?
Under “My Settings”, you can manage your email address, phone number and password.
How can I receive information about the Broadmoor and other golf-related promotions?
The Broadmoor sends course specific information such as upcoming events, promotions and sales through an enewsletter. Subscribe to receive these enewsletters here. Option out of these emails is managed through an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Chronogolf, the new tee time booking software, will send out regional-based promotional emails approximately every three weeks. You can opt out of receiving emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email from Chronogolf, or by contacting Chronogolf directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
